The MIC5201-4.8BS is an efficient linear voltage regulator with very low dropout voltage (typically 17mV at light loads and 200mV at 100mA), and very low ground current (1mA at 100mA output), offering better than 1% initial accuracy with a logic compatible on-off switching input.
