Product Summary

The MAX811L is a low-power microprocessor (μP) supervisory circuit used to monitor power supplies in μP and digital systems. It provides excellent circuit reliability and low cost by eliminating external components and adjustments when used with 5V- powered or 3V-powered circuits. It also provides a debounced manual reset input.

Parametrics

MAX811L absolute maximum ratings: (1)VCC: -0.3V to 6.0V; (2)All Other Inputs: -0.3V to (VCC + 0.3V); (3)Input Current, VCC, MR: 20mA; (4)Output Current, RESET or RESET: 20mA; (5)Operating Temperature Range: -40℃ to +85℃; (6)Storage Temperature Range: -65℃ to +160℃; (7)Lead Temperature (soldering, 10sec): +300℃.

Features

MAX811L features: (1)asserts a reset signal whenever the VCC supply voltage falls below a preset threshold; (2)keeping it asserted for at least 140ms after VCC has risen above the reset threshold; (3)has an active-low RESET output (which is guaranteed to be in the correct state for VCC down to 1V; (4)designed to ignore fast transients on VCC; (5)Reset thresholds for this device is 3.08V.
