Product Summary

The ESDA5V3SC6 is a monolithic voltage suppressor designed to protect components which are connected to data and transmission lines against ESD. They clamp the voltage just above the logic level supply for positive transients, and to a diode drop below ground for negative transient. The ESDA5V3SC6 is suitable for Where transient overvoltage protection in ESD sensitive equipment is required, such as: (1)computers; (2)printers; (3)communication systems; (4)gsm handsets and accessories; (5)other telephone set.
